Los Nevados is a picturesque and typical village of the high Venezuela Andean mountain, it is located in the State of Merida at 2,700 meters and has a population of 2,000 habitants. Its temperature ranges between 8º and 10º Celsius degrees. It is a predominantly agricultural area where excellent crops of potatoes, garlic and wheat are produced. The town is an important reservoir of Spanish colonial architecture, combined with typical constructions, made with materials of the region. The place is surrounded by beautiful landscapes with a multiplicity of lagoons and mountains for fishing and hiking.
